Ticket Types (adding more, editing after event creation) was created by sjb1963
Hello,
On Joomla 4
I would first of all like to say the "Ticket Types" feature is a game changer.
That said, is there a way to add more than 5 ticket types? I don't need 50, but up to 10 might be useful.
Also, not sure if this is by design or not, but when I create a new event with a ticket type and save it, I am then unable to edit/add more ticket types.
This isn't so bad on a single event, but repeating events could get crazy.
Thanks for your help.

Sorry, exactly what's the problem you are having with Ticket Types? I just tried to add ticket types for event and it is working well. Not sure what's the problem?

So, I'm not sure if this is by design or not:
When I create a New event, I am able to add (up to 5) Ticket types at that time.
If I save the event, I am no longer able to add ticket types.
I mention this because if it's a one-off event, it won't be a hassle to delete the event and recreate it, but if it's a repeating event, this could be rather cumbersome.
My first question is:
#1 Is this by design?
#2 Is it possible to add more than 5 ticket types. (is there a file I can override or something)
Hope that is a bit clearer.
Thanks for your help.

Nevermind. I found it.
I'm still getting used to the Jumbo Sized Admin area on Joomla 4. The controls were scrolled off screen on the right.
Now I know why you were confused by my question. It's clearly right there.

Yes. You can always add any number of ticket types you want for each event. Please note that in the plugin parameters, you can turn on/turn off some of the optional fields (for each ticket type)
