Refund 1 event in order with more events

Hi,

We had an issue with a refund:
A user ordered and paid for two seperate events (140 euro) Then asked for a refund for one of these events. (70 euro)
When we processed the refund, the total amount of 140 euro was being refunded, so the complete order.
Is there a way to do a partial refund?
We use Ideal with Mollei Gateway

Hi Elly

There is no option for partial refund at the moment. So if you need to do partial refund, you would need find a way to refund directly from the payment gateway

Can I make a future request for this?

Yes. But I will have check to see if the payment plugins support partial refund.
