Other members info

How can the info such as the First Name, Last Name for the other registrants and some custom field (some specific requirement) be included in the email notification when these fields are not available to be added in the email templates. The organizer does not know their names, phone numbers or emails...
[FIRST_NAME] is for all and indistinguishable, except by the event id.

Any work around?

In short, you can use syntax [NAME_OF_CUSTOM_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE] to include value of any custom field in the email

That's what I was trying to tell you. It does not work. The name of the second member is written in the database as FIRST_NAME LAST_NAME just the same as the member 1. There is no way to place them both in the email which needs to be sent to a person who does not have access to the back of the site, neither does it want to have.
GUEST_PHONE is also empty as is the BEDS and BEDSNUMBER


 
 

 

Ok, by using Traveling Party: [GROUP_MEMBERS] in the email template, the names problem is solved, but the phones and bed types and numbers still not showing up.

Ah, I understand your requirement now. Sorry but it is not possible to have tag for individual group members in the email as you expect

You should not use that kind of tags for email as well. For example, what happens if the group contains 3 members, 4 members or 5 members?

The number of members are dynamic, so you could not put individual tags for group members data

Ok, but the Guest Phone Number, Bed Type and Number of beds are nothing but simple custom fields, and they do not transfer to the email. I can see them in the Registrants on the admin site, which means they are getting recorded somewhere, but they are not in the emails sent out.

Yes, it is recorded. And for group members data, the only way to show it in the email is using [REGISTRATION_DETAIL] tag
