File type of custom field

Where is the file stored, and how can we access it?

The file is stored media/com_eventbooking/files folder. You can go to Events Booking -> Registrants, access to each registration record and download the file which registrant uploaded for that event from there

Is there any way to include that file as an attachment to the admin email message?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set the config option Send Attachments To Admin to Yes and these attachments will be sent via email
