ICS File: Time Zone mismatch was created by Manfred Lilge
Hi,
The start time of an event in the ICS file is two hours behind the intended start time.
I'm on CEST currently (which is +2h to BST).

Hi Manfred

It is calculated base on your site timezone. So please go to System -> Global configuration, look at Server tab, set Website Timezone config option to your timezone, then try again. It should work well
