Hi there
We seem to be having numerous customers not able to book through Android phones, especially Samsung.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello Paul

Have you tried to book yourself and confirm the issue? I have no other customers reported issue like that. Would love to see what's the actual error they are having during registration process?

Thanks for the quick response.
No, I don't have a Samsung device to test with, but there have been a number of returning customers having the issue.
I looked at the jos_eb_registrants table and there are a load of entries with 0 in the published field and an 8 character transaction_id instead of 25 characters.
We are using the Squareup plugin, do you think it could be that?

We really need to figure out what's the reason of the errors to be able to figure out what's wrong and get it sorted.

Maybe it is something wrong with payment process, but I'm unsure. Maybe you can try to contact one of them, ask them to see what's the error message they received while making registration?
