Begin Accepting Replies on is not a standard string in the extension, so I guess you customized language items to work for your own need?

I can only guess that it is Registration Start Date ? If so, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, set Show Registration Start Date config option to No to have that column hidden
