Wonder if anyone has had this issue?
after an update on one of 2 extensions, I'm not casting blame on either of the organisations concerned.
I'm trying to get to the bottom of a problem that has been going on for months, it's the reason I didn't renew my subscription from either of them, I couldn't work out who was at fault so I stopped both.
I will name both as I am going to post this on both forums to try to find out what went wrong as it might help other users in the future.
I don't use many extensions on my site, the main one that I use are akeeba backup, events manager and acymailing both the latter were paid subscriptions the current acymailing is 7.4.1 and event manager is 3.14.0.
The issue i was having is that after one of the updates caused a major problem where I couldn't access the backend of either of these extensions, it also affected the backup extension, the problem was the extensions would only show in hyperlinks down the right hands side of the page underneath each other, but when clicking on the links nothing happened.
Due to work commitments I have unable to try to solve the issue, as I have to self isolate due to this so called plandemic I've managed to find that one of the plugins has been causing issues it's "AcyMailing - Joomla integration" but I've also disabled all plugins for event manager where acy is part of the name.
Now I don't know what is happening or why, but by disabling "AcyMailing - Joomla integration" everything seems to have gone back to normal, I don't know what the cause was but it all seemed to happen around the time events manager integrated acymail into it's extension.
