Hi Guys
I've just upgraded our email provider to office 365.
when trying to send a mass mail, events manager states that the email has been sent, but no emails are received
I have checked the global settings, servers done a test mail it connects to the 365 server and sends the mail records the outgoing in outlook sent mail also receives the email in the inbox
has anyone else come across this problem?

Hi Pat

Events Booking just uses Joomla API for sending email. At the end, it is office 365 to deliver email to the target email address

So if the email is not received for some reasons, you will need to contact the mail server support and ask them to check it

Thought that might be the case as the mail server provider said the same about the extension developer. they have point blank refused to accept responsibility
The global settings, mail sends through 365 but other extensions will not send mail they just don't send.
if I use another email address to connect all messages go out using mass mailer
connect 365 no emails go out from either yours or acymail
