QRCode Plus Check-in after Manual Check-out Failing

Hi Tuan--

We now include the [TICKET_QRCODE] tag in our user and attendee reminder emails, and are using the QRCode Plus app on iPhones for admittance of attendees.  All works very well for standard check-in. 

However, if we manually check out an attendee (say, they leave the event temporarily), upon return the QRCode Plus app then scans the QRCode as invalid or already used rather than allowing the attendee to be checked back in via the app.  Is there some other manual procedure required to completely clear the attendee's check-in status in the back end wherein the app will once again allow the QRCode Plus app scan to be valid?

Hello Jim

In the backend, there is a button to allow reset checked in status in Registrants Management. Please check on the checkbox next to the registrant which you want to reset checkin status and press the button. The status will be reset and you can checkin him again next time

Hi Tuan--

I see the manual "Check-in" and "Check-out" buttons on the backend Registration Management page, and those appear to work just fine from the backend.  However, using the manual Check-out button does not allow us to then check the attendee back in via the App.  Rather it requires the check in process to again use the backend.

I don't see a "reset" check-in status button as you mentioned below--perhaps I am missing something, but it appears the only way to check the attendee back in once they have been checked out is using the Registration Management page on the backend.  Our hope was to re-enable the use of the App to check the attendee back in to the event at that point.  Please advise--are we missing something.

Hmm

Use checkout button should be the right way. After you checked out registrant, and then checked in again using the APP, what's the error you are seeing?

Upon further testing, I was successful in getting this to work as you indicated/described. I am not sure why the original problem occurred, but for now all is well. Thanks for your help--
