What happened to Ticket Types in Event Manager?

I use Ticket Types in the individual event editing page in EB 3.16.0. I installed EB 3.16.2 on a new website and the Ticket Types are not there. Same with the tabs Extra Information, and Additional Dates. I checked my settings and they are exactly the same between the two sites. See screenshots attached. Both sites are J3.9.28.
 

Nothing changed. I guess there is something special on your site causing the error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help checking it

The only other difference  in the new site is that I added a Spanish translation file from the Events Booking install package.

Just want to update that I checked the issue on your site last night and found that you forgot to publish the plugin. I just published the Ticket Types plugin and it is being displayed properly
