Button Mass e-mail doesn't work

Hello Tuan.

I want to send mass e-mails from the frontend to registrants. I found out that thsi is realised by making a menu item for mass e-mail.
But when I open "Manage registrants" in the frontend I see a button "Mass e-mail". When I press it nothing happens. I suppose that I have to make a link somewhere in EB to the page for mass e-mail but I can't find this.
It would be nice if I could use this button.

There should be a popup window displayed. However, in this case, look like there is css conflict with your site template and the window is not being displayed.

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to that page so that we can check and get the issue sorted
