Gost on the system

In the last weeks some registrants whit the status "pending"  the system set them after some time (hours or days) on "cancelled"  or send them a reminder.
I can't find the reason.  What do i rong. We work whit the system  many years now and never had this problem.

It causes by Events Booking - Offline Payment Handle plugin. Disable that plugin or edit the plan, set Number Days To Cancel Registration parameter to No should address the issue

That plugin is disabled by default. Maybe you enabled it recently?
