E-Mail reminder not send

Hello,

i have setup that 4 days before the event starts an reminder should be sent.
But the reminder was not sent! Must I enable the reminder function somewhere ?

Maybe it is because you forgot to enable Events Booking - Reminder plugin? Please check and if you haven't enabled that plugin, enable it should address the issue

yes, that's right. The Plugin was disabled. I have enabled and set the interval to 2 days before. Then the Mail must be sent tomorrow...

OK Magnus. Please monitor it and let me know if you need more help. Please note that in Events Booking -> Configuration, there is a config option called Log Emails. Set it to Yes so that you can check emails sent from the system if needed (every email sent from Events Booking will be logged there)
