On some events we have attached documents but they are never received by the purchaser if it is bought as a group
I have checked all the settings and they appear correct. The email works as orders go through to admin & purchaser (with attachments) except when the it's to a group
Joomla & EB are up to date. I can give you admin access if needed

- Link to the page which we can register for the event and see that error
We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you. Also, what's the size of attachments? In case it is too large, it might not be delivered by the mail server
