PayPal Payment: no email notification & registration status remains pending

Hello,
I'm trying to implement payment with PayPal (in Sandbox mode). Cart checkout to PayPal works, PayPal process is correct, and the registrant is redirected to the website after notification of successful payment.
Problems then are:
- no notification email is sent by EB - neither to admin nor to registrant ('Send Notification Emails' is enabled for both and works when offline payment is chosen)
- Check-in status of the registration in EB remains pending. After successful payment, it should automatically switch to payed and the invoice should be sent to the registrant?

I seems like EB doesn't receive a confirmation about the payment from PayPal? API-Parameters are set in my os_paypal configuration.
What might still be missing?

Hi Inge

Sometime, PayPal sandbox is not reliable. So if it is possible, please run a test using PayPal Live Mode, and it should work fine

Hi Tuan,

thank you! So I hope, that the process will be working when I have a live account.

In the meantime another question has come up:
When I set the registrant status to 'payed' (e.g. after offline payment) an email with approvent and attatched the invoice is correctly sent to the registrant. But not the ticket! 'Activate Tickets PDF' and 'Send Tickets Via Email' are both set to 'Yes'. What's still missing?

That's strange to me. For this, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us ID of the registration record which we can publish and see this issue

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
