Stripe Checkout PSD2 regulation requires Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

Hello,
some customers in my EB platform are not able to pay with Stripe due to an issue that occurs in 3D secure-based payments. It is an European check that some banks apply to credit cards. The payments are locked. Moreover, this is only one simple example of payments that are not succeeding, in fact also other secure double-factors payments are also blocking the procedure in the middle... In general all the payments that follows the PSD2 regulation, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
How can we solve this?
