Certificate can only be downloaded for checked in registrants only

Hello,

is it possible to send a certificate to the user from the backend without the user being checked in? A mail address is always available after a booking. 
I don't want all booked users to be logged in as Joomla users just to send the certificate. Is there a way to do this?

Isn't on Registrants Management screen, we already have a button in the toolbar to allow sending certificates to selected registrants ? So check on the checkbox next to the registration records you want to send certificates, and press Send Certificates button in the toolbar to have certificate sent to selected registrants

Will that work for your need? Or you want something different?
