Depend Custom Fields appear even when they should not. was created by David Unwin
We have a set of custom fields
Gift Aid (Radio Yes or No... Default is Yes)
Address, City and Post Code (these are depend fields, set to only show when Gift Aid set Yes)
However, when we display the booking form, the fields Address, City and Post Code appear even the Gift Aid selected is NO?
I can't see what I am doing wrong. Any ideas. Screen shots below.

Thanks Tuan, I did not spot that.
For other users. The problem was that I had set DISPLAY IN option to show on Billing when I should have set it to Registration
