message displayed from event waiting list

in the attached image there is a system message displayed that reads "sorry the event is now full and we could not accept more registration"
Is this message configurable or is it embedded within a file?

I would like if possible to adjust the words to make them more readable for my members.

The text is from language item, and overridable. You can go to Events Booking -> Translation, find the text and change it to meet your need
