Export / Import

Hi!
I noticed two issues:

1. Export of events does not export column waiting_list_capacity
2. CSV import does not work for me. I cannot even import the exported file (without touching it). No matter which seperator I chose. Excel Import works.

1. Will add that column in next release

2. Better use Excel please. I'm thinking about removing other file format for import/export and only support XLSX format. Less code to maintain
