Possible to have Open Events (without date) where people just register?

I was wondering if it’s possible to have open events where people can register like places to a restaurant or boats rentals.
— Only when the maximum number of registrant (available places for a time bracket) are reach, the events will not accept new registrants for that same time bracket
No need of dates, only the opening hours infos. 

People will still be able to register for other time bracket until full (available places for a time bracket) or cancellation

e.g. For a restaurant with a capacity of 30 persons at the same time. Event will be lock when 30 persons register/reserve for the same time braquet (e.g. Noon to 3pm)
— People will still be able to reserve for other time bracket (until Full capacity).

This model can work for many type of business, Parc, camping, permanent venue like restaurants, casinos, museums (anything open all the time), vehicle, boat, tool rental, movie theatre and many more...

Thanks Tuan, I will reformulate my question

I’m using Events Booking for Booking Courses

- The Courses are All days of the week but not on Thursday & Friday
- The time of the courses (2 courses by open day. Each with a max capacity of 2 persons):
---- from 10am to noon / capacity of 2 persons
---- from 2pm to 4pm / capacity of 2 persons

How should I set this In Events Booking
— Users should be able to choose their day and choose between the AM course or the PM course
— When 2 persons choose the same day and time of day (e.g. 2 persons take the AM course), that time slot is closed  (not possible to book that time slot) and only the other time slot (e.g. the PM time slot) is available and stay open for registration.

That model is the exact way any type of courses will work
• a set day
• different set times in a day
• max capacity of classes
