Search displayed vertical not horizontal

On your demo ( Events Booking ) the three combo box search fields are displayed horizontally yet on my site they appear vertically.  Is there a configuration setting that controls the search layout that I haven't been able to locate yet? The site is hotrodruns.com .

You can edit the module, there is a parameter called Module Layout. Set it to Horizontal Layout and it will work like our demo site
