How can I display the courses by order, at the layout com_eventbooking " Categories - Events List?

In Category it is taken correctly according to the configuration, but not in Categories.

Order should be Dienstag, Dienstag, Sonntag

It must be displayed according to the day of the week.

By: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc.
