Allow multiple users to manage registrations was created by David Unwin
All our events are created by a single Joomla user (ie our events team). So he/she has access to manage all the registrations for the events they have created, ie check in.
Is it possible to allow another user to access the event/registrations of the event creator?
The reason for asking is that we can up to 100 people turning up at the same time and to speed things up we would like to have multiple users be able to check people in.

Yes. Just put these users into single user group and give users from that groups manage registrants permission. See
eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...ission-configuration
Also, remember to set Only Show Registrants Of Events Owner config option to No and it should work well

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Only Show Registrants Of Events Owner, set it to No. That's what I wanted to say

Tuan

Hi Tuan,
I did understand your answer. The problem was ME not you!
I had put the users in to manage registrations, but I had not done the 2nd part of your instructions.
So, the problem was ME, and not your instructions which were very clear, thank you
Kind regards
David
