Can't install os_eb_offline1.zip

When trying to install os_eb_offline1.zip (same with all other Additional Offline Payment Plugins ) Joomla returns

Warning
Installer: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file. 
Error
Unable to detect manifest file.

Joomla version, 3.9.26.
Event Booking version 3.15.1

See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...l-new-payment-plugin for instructions to install payment plugin. Guess you installed via Joomla and that's the reason causing error
