waiting list???

hi everyone:
how do you turn on the Waiting List feature? I have the capacity of 20 and I still need people to register after the fact and go on a waiting list...
I thought this was part of this event booking software.

In the current version waiting list feature is not available yet. I want to know your opinion about waiting list feature :

1. If someone join your waiting list, how will you receive payment from him ? They will pay for you manually via Paypal or via bank transfer ?

Please let me know the way you receive payment in this case so that I can implement the feature meet your need properly .

After the capacity is reached, it will be switched to offline payment and any other payment option for that event will be disable. Which They still have to give there credit card and expiration date or they can pay by check by coming into the office that day for them to be on the waiting list.
You should have an Option for credit card(offline payment) separate and then check(offline Payment).
This is a big feature that I need very soon or I have to look for something else.

So any progress on having waiting list built in pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee....
