Purging registrant records

I have noticed that when I delete an old event, the registrants remain in the Registrants Management page, but the event field is empty. If I sort by the event column, there are numerous records of registrants that are now not attached to an event, because of all the events I deleted. So the registrants table is full of unneeded data.

Short of deleting pages and pages of registrants from that list, is there a way to allow registrants to be deleted when an event is deleted?

There is a hidden tool for that task. Please login to administrator area of your site, then access to this URL:

domain.com/administrator/index.php?optio...e_orphans_registrant and these records will be deleted

Replace domain.com/administrator/ with administrator URL of your site
