Look like these are event custom fields? If so, what's the reason you create fields without wanting it to be displayed. If you want to hide it for some reason, you need to edit the field add show="0" to the field

yes it's a custom field.
It's a phone number. I want to use it in the mailings to the registrants and in the events lists in the backend.
I only want to hide it on this specific view: The details of an event.
The reason is that I don't want people to call an instructor before they subscribe.
I think when I add show="0" then it will be hidden everywhere?
regards Elly

Hi
Adding show="0" will only hide that field from being displayed in the event page. You can still use it in the backend or in the email if you want
The show="0" is a hidden tip added to handle this purpose

Hi Tuan,
Sorry, I tried to do what you suggested:
<field name="field_tel_instructeur" type="text" show ="0" label="Telefoon instructeur" size="50" description="En het telefoonnummer" />
Nothing changed.
Then I found another optio in the documents: Access="3". This hides the field in events details but unfortunatly als in the mailing.
Am I overlooking something?
Regards Elly

Hello
If you add show="0" as instructed, the field should be hidden unless there is some customization to the extension before which could affect this feature. If it is not working and you don't know how to fix it, submit a support ticket so that I can help
