That's strange to me. When did they receive that email? Admin publish/approve a registration record?

Yes. It was after an admin approval. I will purchase thru a payment gateway and see if I get the same result. Either way, I don't want the administrator side. I'll update shortly.

Thanks. I believe the issue won't happen when you register from frontend
I will have to check to see why backend giving that wrong links and find a solution
