Export attendees for attendance list

Hi Tuan,

do you see a possibility for an export to a CSV file of the attendees in combination with the events and the additional event custom fields?

We have multiple dates per event and need these lists to log attendance.

I have seen the export option of the participants, I ask because we want to print lists as some of our events have multiple dates - which I have added to the events with "Event Custom Fields" as you can see here:

Of course, these are not printed with the participants, as they are assigned to the event.

Therefore my question - do you have an idea how I could generate a report that can show me these fields with the participants?

I have seen in the database that these fields are stored in the field "custom_fields" in this form:
{"field_speaker":"","field_hours":"","termin_1":"12.04.2021","termin_2":"19.04.2021","termin_3":"26.04.2021","termin_4":"","termin_5":""}

Hi Marco

Event Custom Fields are not included in the export. If you want to have these fields show and available for the export, you will need to customize the code

The file you need to customize is components/com_eventbooking/helper/data.php, method prepareRegistrantsExportData
