Bullet points in message field

Hi

If I include bullet points in my message area it does not show up on the forms.
Anyone experience this and is there a workaround ?

I guess it is controlled by css (maybe comes from css of your site template)

If you could not figure out, submit a support ticket sending us link to the page and tell us where the bullet should be displayed

We will look at it and give you instructions to solve it

Hi Tuan

I am using Protostar. It works elsewhere on the site including articles.
When I use it in the description box under field type Message then it does not appear on the form.
Here is the text.

<ul>
<li>Bank charges for registrants own account.</li>
<li>Online payment is available – Only Visa & Mastercard are accepted</li>
<li>Delegates can also pay by bank transfer.</li>
</ul>
