I updated from 3.10.1 version to 3.14.2 last week. Since then, all events doesn't display the registration form in both individual and group registration.
That's strange to me. Maybe there is something special on your site causing the error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page so that we can check this issue
