Hi.
This is possible from status pending user Admin change status to reject and send mail?

Hello

Yes. You can go to Events Booking -> Registrants, check on the checkbox next to the registration record you want to reject/cancel and press Cancel Registration button in the toolbar to reject/cancel that registration
