Different Registration Buttons for Free / Paid Events

In Germany if you order a product or event which you have to pay for,
the court says you have to make a Button with a text which clearly shows that its a paid product, like: "Pay now".
If you offer something for free, its enough to make a Button with a text like "Book now".
So is it possible to make two different button lables for free and paid products during the registration process?

No, as of right now, we do not support that. In Events Booking, an event with Price = 0 might not be a free event (due to custom fee fields option), so this is something I guess we could not handle in core package
