Setting up Zoom was created by Peter Bibb
I have followed the instructions and acquired the JWT ID, which I have installed.
1) there is a time period for the JWT ID, do I need a new one for each meeting or can I just set it up to expire on 31/12/2021?
2) the substitution on emails and messages are not working, even though the plugin does contain the JWT ID and is published, what have I left out?
to test, register for the zoom test meeting on www.sevenoakssociety.co.uk/events/what-s-on
Thanks
Peter

Hello Peter
1. You can just set it to expire on any date you want
2. In this case, I think it is because you the registrant is not added to zoometting yet. From my experience, it causes by:
- You are not having a paid account with zoom, so zoom does not allow using their API to add registrants
- Or registration is not enabled in the meeting/webinar.
Could you please check the above two points?

Please see the attached screen dumps, and I can confirm that the Zoom account is paid monthly. I did put the expiry date at the end of the year, could that be the problem?
