error "Agreement to the site's Privacy Policy is required."

Hi Guys,
if i want to register for an event, the error comes "Agreement to the site's Privacy Policy is required."
But there is no checkbox for privacy policy....
In config I "Show Privacy Policy Checkbox" is set to yes, but there is no display...

That's strange to me. Maybe it is because you made an override to registration form before?
