Registrants list - mass mail

Hello.
Tonight i tried to send an email to the registrants of an event i am the owner of using the "mass mail" function but could not find a way to enter anything into the Email Message field.
Does something need to be enabled for this to work?
Event Booking version 3.14.2,

Maybe it causes by the editor? Could you please switch to use a different editor? For example switch from TinyMCE to JCE....?

i was using JCE and tried tinymce but no difference.
I have noticed that when the "mass mail" box is open the main menu for my site is also active:- pleace see the attached screen grab.

Sound line css conflict to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to the page which we can see this issue

We will check to see why the error happens and get it sorted
