Wrong dates from front-end submission form

Hi,
when adding events through the simple front-end submission form, the event date and event end dates are appearing incorrectly in the backend (and in the database). For example, selecting January 29, 2021 (2021-01-29) as the event date with a time of 15:00 appears in the database as 2015-11-30 00:00:00 (November 30, 2106, with no indicated time). Events added through the back-end appear correctly. When inspecting the front-end form, the correct date value is being entered into the field from the calendar, so it appears to be a problem when submitting the form.

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to that submit event page

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
