Set 'Weight' option in Ticket type to zero for Capacity purposes was created by David Unwin
We have certain events where we don't want to count a registrant as part of the capacity.
We use ticket types feature. The problem is that the Weight option is by default set to 1 you can change this 2, 3 or 4 etc and these then count as 2, 3 or 4 towards the capacity. But you can't set Weight to 0. if you do when you save the event, it goes back to 1.
The reason we want to use this is that we have disabled people who come to our events and some of them need a carers/helpers. These carers/helpers do not take up places but we still need to check them in due to the requirements of Covid19 track and trace.
It would be nice if we could have a small change to ticket types to allow the weight to be set to 0 (zero)We have certain events where we don't want to count a registrant as part of the capacity.

Hello
By default, Weight is 1 for every ticket type. We added this weight setting to allow some ticket types with weight > 1 only. This is the first time I hear about set weight to zero requirement and wont' support it very soon
If you want, please post your request on joomdonation.com/forum/events-booking-features-wish-list.html forum. If there are more customers need it, we will consider supporting it in the future
