Is it possible to handle this event scenario with Event Booking?
1. The event is a summer camp for children.
2. The person registering the child (or children) is an adult parent who will NOT attend and should not be charged/billed. They will pay for all other registrants in the group but should not be included in the billing calculation.

As Donal answered, it is possible to handle this kind of registration in Events Booking. Just perform a group registration, the parent will be the billing person
