Is there a way to disable a Discount field if Coupon code is enabled was created by John
Is there a way to disable a Discount field (fee field) if Coupon code is enabled for an event?
I don't want both the discount and the coupon code to work for an event.
Not all those registering will have a coupon code to use but some will.
I need the discount field to work if no coupon code is used.
Thanks!

Hello John
Unfortunately, this feature/option is not supported in the extension. Coupon could and discount field works independent with each other, no option to disable one if the other is used

Thanks for the reply.
Bummer!! I wish there was a way to make it so one would be disabled if the other was enabled for an event. Maybe there is another way to address the issue? If we have a coupon code for an event but also discount fields, we don't want the coupon code to give a discount and then add the additional discount from the fee field on top. If there is a work around, another way of accomplishing what we need, please let me know.
Thanks!

Hi John
Your last question is not very clear, but I don't think it is possible to configure the extension to have it works like that. At least customization to the code will be needed and we will have to charge you fee for doing the customization
However, we first need to have a clear requirement first (maybe send us link to registration form and explain how it should work) before we can give you quotation
Regards,
Tuan
