Wrong date in thankyou message and email

Hi,
I have a problem with eventbooking, the site is a couple month old and the problem wasn't here before (don't know exactly when it appeared).

I have an even at the date 28 january 2021. That date is displayed correctly in the event details page.
After subscription, the thank you message and the user email display the wrong date : 1 january 2021.
The start and en hours are good.

I tried to display the [DATE_EVENT], [DATE_END_EVENT] and [REGISTRATION_DETAIL], all display the wrong date.
How can I fix this problem ?
