Is os_ideal plugin ready for European PSD2?

Mollie ( www.mollie.com/en ) is ready, so i don't know if you need to change the plugin

The payment plugin redirect users to Mollie for processing payment. The payment process is handled completely by Mollie, so I guess it is fine. If you want to be sure, ask Mollie and make sure they are compatible with that requirement
