Maybe something special on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to registrants management page which we can try to add registrant and see this error

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Same here, does it have to do with permissions? What is the fix?

Look like my developer just had to re-installed the extension. If you get the same issue, maybe you can submit a support ticket so that we can help checking and solving it
