I just setup two new events by copying two old events and changing the dates. I have a discount bundle setup to give a $40 discount when selecting both events. However, during checkout my customers are seeing a $100 discount. I have the coupon feature disabled, and the only discount active is the $40 one. Where could this $100 discount be coming from?
After more digging, I see the system is applying the largest discount bundle I have setup, regardless of the discount being published or not. Also, it applies that discount to all events even when those events aren't selected in the discount setup.
There must be something special on your site causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell me step by step what I need to do to see the error
