We are taking registrations for a Zoom event, using Event Booking with the Zoom plugin. As registrations are coming in, we look like potentially exceeding the maximum zoom participants of 100 and at this stage we are resisting upgrading the account at zoom due to costs.
My question is... what will happen when someone registers in EB and it exceeds the license capacity at zoom?
I have also noticed that the registrants in EB do not exactly match the Zoom 'participants' because Zoom does not include the 'panellists' as participants, so at this stage I have not added the maximum number in EB config as I do not know exactly how many can register (ie registrants = particpants+panellists)
At this stage I just want to know what would happen if someone registers and Zoom rejects it ?
