Missing PayPal Guest Checkout w/ Pay with Debit or Credit Card Option

Hello,

I'm really stuck and need any advice you can offer.

I am trying to add Events Booking to my client's website and use the PayPal solution.
In the past, I was able to go live and add an API and everything worked as expected.

However, now it seems that PayPal changed the setup and the NVP/SOAP API's are now 'depreciated' (to quote PayPal).
And I don't understand what I need to do from this point forward.

How do I resolve this issue?
I just want to go live and have the PayPal Guest Checkout working, where the purchaser does NOT have to login to PayPal, they are offered a gray button which says, 'Pay With Debit Or Credit Card' (Please see attachment, you'll see that button is missing)

I have all of the content loaded in the Events Booking module and I have the 'Registration Form' active, I just need to complete the transaction.

Below is all of the credentials you need, I created a 'Support' user with Super Admin access.
