How to display single event category in colander

I have multiple event categories and I want to display single category in each calendar but it displays all categories event I select only one,

How did you configure the system to display events in calendar? Did you create menu item? If so, edit the menu item, look at menu item parameters, there is parameter allow you to choose the categories you want to display events from

Hi there,

Thanks for your instructions now I stuck further with the following:
I selected one category from multiple for monthly calendar view, I can see that category in current month only than I click/navigate on the next month I see all categories in next month which I don't want, I just wanted a single category displayed on all months view.
