I created an event where I have custom fields for donations, but the amount is discounted from the total when a coupon is inserted even with the "discountable" option "NO" selected...
Not sure what I'm doing wrong (first time user and not exactly very well versed in website development)...

Hello Miguel

For this, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Send us link to registration form

3. Tell us the coupon code which we can use and see the issue

I will check to see what's wrong and guide you with correct setup
